An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within 7 days of the initial payment.

For bookings made within 45 days of departure, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required.

Full payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure.

Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid.

Visa rejection will incur a ₹20,000 cancellation charge per person, plus any non-refundable visa fees paid.

Cancellation up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total package value.

Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total package value.

Cancellation within 15 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges; no refund will be applicable.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to India.

Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.

TCS of 5% or 10% is applicable on bookings up to ₹10 lakhs; 20% TCS is applicable on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakhs effective 1st April 2025.

A 10% TCS rate applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN marked inoperative).

Remarks

Standard Check-in and check-out time of International hotels is usually 15:00hrs and 12:00hrs respectively.

Guests may please note that for Domestic flights or internal flights from one city to another city on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations.

Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance to the respective airlines baggage allowance.
