Day 01 - Mumbai to Shanghai

Arrival at Shanghai

Mumbai to Mumbai tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Terminal 2  Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Shanghai  which is also known as the oriental Paris and global financial hub located on China’s central coast and begin your beautiful journey.

 

Upon arrival at Shanghai   Airport Rankars Yes Travel World Private Limited Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel if arrival is before Hotel check in time in time you will be enjoy sightseeing place as per the itinerary.

Day 02 - Shanghai

Have a wonderful continental breakfast in your hotels and be ready for more exciting tours of the day .

Today we proceed to Zhujiajiao Water Town – an ancient water town also known as the Pearl Stream, best known for its traditional architecture and bridges built during Ming and Qing Dynasty. Upon arrival, we take a relaxing boat ride through the waterways and admire the charm of Venice of Shanghai.


Later we proceed back to Shanghai. Upon arrival, we visit Longhua Temple and Pagoda – the oldest and largest temple of Shanghai was first built in 242 AD. The temple has several halls, the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower.

Day 03 - Shanghai

Highlights:

Have a Great Breakfast at your hotel and today get ready to be surprised.

Today we visit Shanghai Zoo – one of the most beautiful places in Shanghai and has 5 exhibition areas divided into Primates, Carnivores, Herbivores, Birds, and Amphibians. Here we get a chance to see animals found only in China such as golden monkeys, South China tigers, giant pandas, Manchurian tigers, elks, and Yangtze alligators.


Then we explore Shanghai city. We visit Jade Buddha Temple – a temple built to accommodate two jade Buddha statue bought by a monk named Huigen from Burma.


In the evening, we enjoy spectacular Shanghai Circus where we can enjoy acrobatics, dancing, and singing performances. Later we drive past The Bund – a waterfront area famous for its iconic buildings.
Later we have free time for shopping.

Day 04 - Shanghai – Xi’an

Have a Nice breakfast of the day and Today we will move ahead in our tour.

Today we take a bullet train ride to Xi’an – the city which once was the terminal points on the Silk Road during the ancient and medieval eras, as well as the home of the 3rd-century BC Terracotta Army commissioned by Emperor Qin Shi Huang.


In the evening, we enjoy splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. The show takes you to a magical journey through the ancient and prosperous Tang Dynasty in Chang'an. The story is told through impressive acting, dance and singing accompanied by a live traditional

orchestra. This performance is a visual feast that represents beauty extending as far as the Silk Road itself.

Day 05 - Xi’an

Have a Nice breakfast of the day and today we will move ahead in our tour.

Today we proceed to visit Museum of Qin Terra Cotta warriors and Horses. Here we see The Terracotta Army – the most significant archeological excavation of the 20th century, it has life size terracotta figures of warriors and horses arranged in battle formations are the star features at the museum. They are replicas of what the imperial guard should look like in those days of pomp and vigor.


 

Later we drive back to Xi’an and upon arrival, we explore the city. We see Xi’an’s ancient city wall – located in the central area of city with the length of 13.7 km and height of about 12m it’s a city’s well preserved treasure, Xi’an Bell Tower – built for a purpose to alert city during enemy attacks, Drum Tower – sister to bell tower this timber-brick drum tower was built in 1380 in the Ming dynasty and is used as a museum now, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda – built by Xuanzang who travelled to India and studied Buddhism, got back to China and taught Buddhism here.

Day 06 - Xi’an – Beijing

Have a Nice breakfast of the day and today we will move ahead in our tour.

Today we take a bullet train ride to Beijing – capital city of China, renowned for its opulent palaces, temples, parks, gardens. Upon arrival, we explore Beijing City.
 

Upon arrival, we explore Beijing City. We visit, Temple of Heaven – large religious complex in the old outer city of Beijing, considered the supreme achievement of traditional Chinese architecture. Its layout symbolizes the belief that heaven is round and earth square.

We take a photo stop Tiananmen Square – cultural heart of Beijing. Then we visit Forbidden City – an imperial palace complex. The architecture of this walled complex adheres rigidly to the traditional Chinese geomantic practice of feng shui. Here we see, Wu Gate, the Hall of Supreme Harmony and the Imperial Garden.

Day 07 - Beijing – Great Wall of China – Beijing

Have a Nice breakfast of the day.

Today we proceed to North of the Beijing city to see one of world’s seven wonders – The Great Wall of China – one of the largest building-construction projects ever undertaken in ancient world.


We reach at Mutianyu and take an enclosed cable car ride to the hilltop. Once we reach the top we get a chance to walk on one of world’s most admired landmark.

 

Then we drive back to the Beijing, on our way back to hotel we take a photo stop at backdrop of Beijing National Stadium – also known as Bird’s Nest is a place where the 2008 Summer Olympics were hosted.

Day 06 - Xi’an – Beijing

Day 08 - Beijing

Today we drive to Yuyuantan Park – one of major urban park in the park in the city of Beijing. with 3000 cherry trees, is famous for the 'Cherry Blossom Festival' held every spring. Followed by visit to, Beijing

Summer Palace. It’s a palace built during Qing Dynasty inspired by Hangzhou's West Lake, and adopting design features of gardens from the south of China, Summer Palace consists of the Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, and is a large landscape garden


Then we visit, Jade Factory to see demonstration of how jade is sculpted into the art and jewelry on display.


In the evening, we have free time for shopping.

Day 09 - Beijing – Departure

In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of Rankars Yes Travel World Private Limited.


We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after the tour booking.
Certain consulates send the passports directly to the guest’s residential address as per the Visa application form. Guests are requested to thoroughly check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.

 

Guests who are Joining & Leaving (J&L) or guests already holding a visa or guests who are opting to do the visas on their own should check if the visa is granted along with the validity and the status as Single/Double/Multiple entry visa required for the tour.


Deviation guests who are leaving early or returning late than the scheduled tour, should check their visa status/validity according to their personal programme.

Upgradation on tour:

 

Flights: Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.


Cruise: Cruise accommodation is generally in a room with a port hole or a room with a balcony. You can upgrade to higher category rooms by paying an additional cost subject to availability.


Trains: Train journeys during the tour are in Standard class. You can upgrade to higher category like Standard Premier or Business Premier by paying an additional cost subject to availability.


Vehicles: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

The highlights and sightseeing's may change depending on the departure date you choose.
