Day 1: Arrival In Rome

Highlights:

  • Commence your journey with a brief moment of prayer before boarding Qatar Airways at 3:40 am. Touch down in Doha at 04:55 am, where you'll catch a connecting flight at 08:45 am destined for Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome, arriving at 13:55 pm. Upon landing in Rome, our dedicated representative will warmly welcome you and guide you to the awaiting coach. Explore the sacred St. Paul’s Basilica and marvel at the timeless beauty of the Trevi Fountain. Later, check in at the hotel for a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day Guided Tour In Rome + Vatican Museum

Highlights:

  • Rise early and set out with a packed breakfast for an immersive full-day guided tour in Rome. Explore the majestic St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museum, and the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel. Following a satisfying Indian lunch, witness the grandeur of the Colosseum (outside view) and the historical Roman Forum (exterior view). Day 3: Rome – Assisi – Pisa

Highlights:

  • Today we proceed for religious city tour of Assisi. Visit the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi (lower upper basilica) is the mother church of the Roman Catholic. Proceed to Pisa and view the leaning tower of Pisa (from outside).

  • Conclude this spiritually enriching day with a local dinner at the hotel, where you will check in for a serene and restful overnight stay in Arezzo.

Day 4: Transfer To Venice – The Floating City Of Italy With Gondola Ride

Highlights:

  • Check out of your hotel and proceed towards Venice – Italy. City of Beautiful Monuments, Serpentine Canals, city that inspired poetry and passion through the ages. Arrive at the pier in Venice, where we board a private boat. Enjoy your ride while you sail over the Giudecca Canal, to arrive at St. Mark’s Square – the main square of Venice. View St Mark’s Basilica - one of the best examples of Byzantine architecture.

  • Witness the famed Bell Tower and Clock Tower with the dominant sign of the Zodiac and current phase of the moon. See the Bridge of Sighs, made of white lime stone, that passes over the Rio di Palazzo, connecting the old prisons with interrogations rooms at the Doge’s Palace. Treasure a romantic Gondola ride in a flat bottomed Venetian rowing boat, amidst the stunning backdrop of baroque buildings. This truly is the best way to enjoy this enchanting city. We return to the pier and later check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Padova.

Day 5: Transfer From Padova To Zurich (En Route Milan City)

Highlights:

  • Following a delightful breakfast, complete your check-out from the hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Padua, covering a distance of 500 kilometres in approximately 7 hours. En-route we shall pass by Milan and stop for a visit to the magnificient Doumo at Milan (from outside). Also spend some time at the Gallerie Vittorio Emanuelle, as we continue our journey towards Switzerland where we reach by evening.

Day 6: Visit Mt. Titlis- Enjoy Cable Car Rides Including The World’s First Rotating Cable Car, The Rotair – To The Top Of Mt. Titlis At 3,020 Metres.

  • Today enjoy amazing scenery, a once in a lifetime experience with an exhilarating tip to the top of Mt Titlis at 3020 metres on various cable cars including Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car. Get a breath taking unrestricted 360 degrees stunning view of the dazzling snow caped peak, deep crevasses and pristine white snow fields, dotted with massive ice boulders from every angle. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” the highest suspension bridge in Europe along the cliff of Mt.Titlis. Later proceed on an orientation tour of Lucerne one of most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Visit the Lion Monument, Kapell Brucke with some free time to shop for famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates.

Day 7: Visit Switzerland’s Largest Waterfall - The Rhine Falls - Transfer From Zurich To Paris

Day 13: Transfer From Salamanca To Fatima + Fatima City Tour

  • Situated in the heart of west-central Portugal, within the Leiria region, Fatima is renowned as one of the world's most visited Marian Shrines. It's the hallowed ground where it is believed the Virgin Mary appeared to three young shepherd children while they tended their family's sheep. During your tour, you'll also pay respects at the tombs of the three visionaries: Francisco Marto, who passed away in 1919, Jacinta Marto, who passed away in 1920, and Lucia dos Santos, who left this world in 2005.

  • As evening descends, partake in the spiritually moving Candlelight Procession. Conclude your day with a satisfying dinner and enjoy a restful overnight stay at the hotel, surrounded by the tranquil atmosphere of Fatima.

Day 15: Madrid City Tour

Highlights:

  • After breakfast get ready as your ride for today’s tour will be waiting at the lobby. Today, we’re going to tour the city of football, Madrid. Starting from the Prado Museum that’s so famous for having a rich collection of classical European art. In fact, they have some of the greatest arts, ranging between the 6th century BC to the late 19th century. Some notable works are Velázquez’s Las Meninas, Juan de Flandes’s the Crucifixion, and Rubens’s 3 Graces.

  • Out of the museum, we’re ready to explore the city and arrive first at Plaza de Espana, a large square in Madrid located in one of the busiest networks of Madrid, Gran Via. From the most metropolis section of the Madrid, we slowly explore the landmarks, like the Cervantes Statue that acts as a monument for Miguel de Cervantes, the Cibeles Fountain that was sculpted in 1782 depicting Cybele, the Roman goddess of fertility and the Great Mother of the Gods, riding a chariot pulled by two lions. We slowly make our way to Palacio de las Cortes or the Parliament building built in Neoclassical style and is known for when a failed coup d’etat took place, the remaining bullet holes as proof of the incident.

  • Eventually, we’ll get close to the largest building in Madrid, the Las Ventas Plaza de Torros, a bullfighting ring that can receive up to 23,700 people. It is the 3rd largest in the world. Check out the Old Town where you can see still historic buildings and the Centro or city centre which is where many historical centres are. Next is the Basilica of San Francisco El Grande that has a large, 33m wide dome and a rich collection of beautiful paintings inside. We’ll also go see the Fountains of Paseo del Prado which is an urban promenade known for the lush gardens that were first built in the 16th century with the purpose of being a place where citizens of all social class can enjoy nature in the city.

  • The Atocha Station is a station for high-speed rail terminal and remains operational as the largest station for commuters of mostly distant travelling. We’ll also check out more historical sites before going for dinner and sending you back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 16: Fly Back Home

Visa

Visa Special Instruction

1.  Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application
2.  One online Visa Application form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
3.  Two recent color photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background with 80% face coverage
4.  Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
5.  A no objection certificate/letter from the current employer
6.  If you are self employed; registration of the company/partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
7.  Proof of sufficient funds.
-  Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp and signature of bank.
-  Income tax returns for last 3 year.
-  Last 3 months salary slips
8.  If child under 18 applying with single parent then NOC will require from other parent with sign proof.
9.  Please note that it is mandatory for each and every applicant to file in their application in person. This is required as the biometric record is captured as part of the visa application process. However, applicants below the age of 5 are exempted from this and it is not compulsory for them to come to the application center.
 
Note:
Applicant must have at least 4 continuous blank pages in the passport Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. The neither Consulate nor Yes Travel  World takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued.
 
Note

Indian Passport holder (passport issued outside India) needs to provide an old passport containing the address of India from respective jurisdiction wise.

For emergency cases like medical treatment/sudden death, a prior approval for online submission has to be taken from the consulate of Singapore.We also have send the scanned copy of proof of incident.

Validity of the E - Visa is always 5 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or 2years. If due to system error at the Immigration, the validity is one day or 10 days then the Consulate has to be informed immediately.

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque or Demand Draft should be in favour of "Yes Travel World"

  • All passengers must travel together on the outbound journey. Changes in return journey dates are subject to confirmation. Hotel/Flight price subject to change with/without notice

  • Standard Check in & Check out at the hotel: International Check in (1400 hrs)/Check out (1200 hrs). Early Check in /Late Check-out is subject to availability at the hotel

  • Meals as mentioned in the itinerary ((A mix of Indian and local lunches/dinner and at certain places Packed Lunches). Drinking Water is Tap Water from the hotel.

  • The company will not accept responsibility under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas refused and/or not applied for due to delayed documents. Zion Tours & Travels shall only assist passengers in obtaining the necessary travel documents to the best of their ability. If the embassy or consulate requests for the traveler to present for an interview, the traveler will have to make it to the designated place, time and date for the interview at his/her own cost

  • The company does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sickness, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.

  • No refund will be made for partially utilized/unutilized services.

  • Original passport should be valid at least for 6 months from the return dates. Passport should be issued within the previous 10 years and the validity must not exceed 10 years. No handwritten passports or with an Observation Page will be accepted. Old Passport if any.

  • Any increase in tax after booking of the tour will be borne by the passenger.

  • The day itinerary is subjective last minutes changes depending on the local situation at the various sites.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Registration amount of INR 30,000/- will be non-refundable.

  • 30 Days before departure: Cancellation Charge on Actuals (Airfare, Visas, Insurance, Hotels & Service Charge)

  • 48 Hours: 100% Cancellation Charge.

  • Visa issuance is at the discretion of consulate. VISA, if rejected after applying or cancellation of the tour by you INR. 30,000/- will be deducted from the advance paid. Ticket cancellation will be applicable if the flight tickets are issued.

Travel Documents

Proper passport with min 6 months validity from the date of departure along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

 

A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour.
