Day 01 - Arrival in Tokyo

Highlights:

Welcome to Japan– The Land of Rising Sun.
 Welcome to Japan “The land of the rising Sun” – the country known for it’s traditional arts, oldest civilization, and embracing technology like no other country on the planet .Upon arrival at Narita you will be met and transferred to the hotel. In the evening you will have a buffet dinner at hotel/packed Indian Dinner. Overnight in Tokyo. (Dinner)

Day 02 - Tokyo City Tour

Highlights:

Have a great breakfast and then you will be  proceed to city centre departure point to board the bus bound for Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal. The tour will proceed from Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.

 

Visit Tokyo Tower, (Climb to the main observatory 150m (476ft) high for a panoramic view from Japan's second tallest structure), head to Happo-en for the traditional Japanese tea ceremony and have your Japanese style lunch.

 

After lunch, the tour will proceed to the Imperial Palace Plaza, Niju-bashi Bridge, Sumida River Cruise, Asakusa Kannon, shop at Nakamise and drive- by Ginza. The tour ends at Tokyo Station. After the tour ends proceed to your hotel on your own.

 

Overnight at Tokyo.

Day 03 - Day 3: Tokyo with Mori art Museum Tour

Highlights:

After breakfast, visit the Hei Shrine famous for its Red color Torii gates. In Odaiba, drive past the Rainbow Bridge and make a photo stop at the Statue of Liberty. Free Time in Odaiba. Later, proceed to Visit Mori art Museum which is a contemporary art museum. Free time in Akihabara Area. Overnight in Tokyo. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 4: Transfer from Tokyo to Nagoya with Mt. Fuji Excursion

Highlights:

After breakfast ,check out and proceed to Hakone region to enjoy a cruise on the stunning Lake Ashi .Later, ride on the Owakudani Ropeway and see the rising volcanic fumes at the Owakudani boiling valley. Later, drive to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji (subject to weather conditions). Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan and often considered the symbol of the country. Overnight at Nagoya/similar. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 5: Bullet train experience to Hiroshima –Miyajima Island –Itsukushima Shrine– Floating Tori Gate

Highlights:

After breakfast take an unforgettable bullet train ride to Hiroshima. You will be travelling in one of the fastest bullet trains in Japan. On arrival at Hiroshima proceed to an Indian restaurant for Lunch. After lunch proceed to the pier to take the ferry to the Miyajima Island and visit the Itsukushima Shrine, the centuries-old Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima, the shrine is known worldwide for its iconic “Floating Tori (Gate)”. After visiting the island return back to Hiroshima & have dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hiroshima. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 6: Visit Atomic Dome –Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park – Transfer to Osaka - Photo stop at the Osaka Castle

Highlights:

After breakfast visit the Hiroshima Peace Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome(Genbaku Dome) which is apart of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996, the ruin is dedicated for its legacy as the “first city in the world” to suffer a nuclear attack and a memorial to the people who were killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. Later, drive to Osaka & en-route take a stop to have lunch at an Indian restaurant, reaching Osaka make a photo stop at the famous Osaka Castle which is one of the famous landmark of Osaka as it played a very important role during the unification of Japan during the 16th century.Visit the famous Umeda Sky Building Sky garden walk Observatory, it is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. Get an Bird’s view of the Osaka City It consists of two 40- story towers that connect at their two uppermost stories, with bridge sand an escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the centre. In the evening proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner. Overnight in Osaka. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 7: Osaka City Tour

Highlights:

Osaka –Visit Nara Deer Park-Visit Todaiji Temple– Visit Kinkakuji Temple – Visit Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Today, proceed to Nara and visit the Nara Deer Park, the park is home to hundreds of freely roaming deer also known as “Messengers of God” and the Todaiji temple where you can see the temple’s best known relic “Daibutsu” - a colossal statue of the world’s largest gilded bronze Buddha, 15 meters in height. Later proceed to Kyoto & have lunch at an Indian restaurant. In Kyoto visit the Kinkaku-ji Temple - the heart of the temple complex is the Golden Pavilion (kinka- ku), situated pictures quely in its garden at the edge of a lake, also visit the world famous Arashiyama Bamboo Forest where the thick green bamboo stalks seem to continue endlessly in every direction. Return back to Osaka & have dinner at an Indian restaurant Overnight in Osaka. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 8: Departure from Osaka

Highlights:

After Breakfast, proceed on your own for Kobe from Kyoto Station to Sannomiya Station (JR Special Rapid Service or Rapid Service (non-reserved seat).

 

Depart from Sannomiya Station via route Bus. Stroll around Kitano Ijinkan district (60 min). Meriken Park (60 min). Japanese Sake Brewery Tour (60 min).

 

Tour ends at Kyoto Station & proceed to Hotel on your own. Overnight at Kyoto.

Visa

Japan ! You can apply for Visa 45 days before the departure from Consulate. we are only Facilitator.

Visa Special Instruction

1.  Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application
2.  One online Visa Application form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
3.  Two recent color photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background with 80% face coverage
4.  Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
5.  A no objection certificate/letter from the current employer
6.  If you are self employed; registration of the company/partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
7.  Proof of sufficient funds.
-  Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp and signature of bank.
-  Income tax returns for last 3 year.
-  Last 3 months salary slips
8.  If child under 18 applying with single parent then NOC will require from other parent with sign proof.
9.  Please note that it is mandatory for each and every applicant to file in their application in person. This is required as the biometric record is captured as part of the visa application process. However, applicants below the age of 5 are exempted from this and it is not compulsory for them to come to the application center.
 
Note:
Applicant must have at least 4 continuous blank pages in the passport Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. The neither Consulate nor Yes Travel  World takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued.
 
Note

Indian Passport holder (passport issued outside India) needs to provide an old passport containing the address of India from respective jurisdiction wise.

For emergency cases like medical treatment/sudden death, a prior approval for online submission has to be taken from the consulate of Singapore.We also have send the scanned copy of proof of incident.

Validity of the E - Visa is always 5 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or 2years. If due to system error at the Immigration, the validity is one day or 10 days then the Consulate has to be informed immediately.
 

Payment

  • You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adhereance to Income Tax ACT.

  • We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts: 1. Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day 2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.

  • If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.

  • There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.

  • We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.

Remarks

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.

  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.

  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.

  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
