Day 01 - Cochin

Highlights:

Cochin also known as "Queen of Arabian Sea" due to the long maritime history; Arabs, Chinese, Dutch, British and Portuguese followed the sea routes to cochin.

 

The fascinating Chinese Fishing nets are typical of kochi. Visit Dutch Palace (11km) (Closed on Fridays), Jewish Synagogue (11 km) (Closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays), St. Francis church (15km), Santa Cruz basilica (15 km), Chinese Fishing Nets as time permits.Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 - Munnar

Highlights:

After breakfast proceed on fascinating journey to Munnar

Munnar (an idyllic tourised destination in Kerala), enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the green Carpets of tea plantation enroute. Its unending expanse of tea plantations, pristine valleys & Mountains, the aroma of spice scented cool air, exotic species of flora & fauna in its wildlife sanctuaries & forests. It's the place you would love to visit and never wish to leave.

 

Enroute enjoy the Cheeyapara waterfalls & Valara Waterfalls. On arrival, check-in in at Hotel/Resort & Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying with the mist & clouds.

Day 03 - Munnar

Highlights:

After an early morning breakfast move towards Munnar

 

Local sightseeing, visiting Eravikulam National Park famous for watching Nilgiry Tahr.(National Park is Closed From 21st Jan to 15th Apr during breeding season).

Post Lunch enjoy random clicks at Munnar Photo Point, Enjoy beauty of Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake & Get in love with Tea Plantations.

 

Note: For visit to Eravikulam National Park, advance ticket reservation is available at Wild Life Division office, Near Panchayat office, Munnar Town - Contact 04865 231587. Working Time 9am to 3pm

Day 04 - Thekkady

Highlights:

After an early breakfast, check out from the Munnar hotel & proceed to Thekkady which is also famously called Periyar.

Enroute visit the Spice Garden for a short journey into the spice life of Kerala. Checks in at Hotel/Resort & after fresh up go on an evening game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake at Periyar Tiger Reserve.

Other attraction includes Jungle Boarder Jeep Safari, Kathakali Show, Martial Arts Show, Ayurvedic Message & last but not the least Local Shopping (All are optional at your own cost).

Day 05 - Alleppey

Highlights:

The "Venice of India" noted for its winding waterways and canals.

 

It is an important commercial and business town, manufacturing and exporting coir products and black pepper. Explore the natural beauty of Kerala, the paddy fields, narrow canals, coir villages etc.

 

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 - Airport/Station drop

Highlights:

Take morning breakfast in your hotel.

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Airport/Railway Station for return journey.

Don't forget to take photographs at the Airport/Railway Station to store for life.
