Day 01: Arrival at Jammu - Katra

Day 02 - Katra (Vaishno Devi)

Highlights:

After breakfast, trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine (12kms) / Take the Helicopter for the Shrine. Ponies can also be arranged by self for the trek, return back to Katra late in evening/night, dinner and overnight stay at Katra.


Mata Vaishno Devi temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji After Holy Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi and Bhairav Nath temple back to hotel night  stay in katra.

Day 04: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar (76 KM One-way)

Highlights:

After breakfast Drive to Sonamarg, and full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. Sonmarg also called Meadow of Gold is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the Houseboat/ Hotel by evening for overnight stay.

Day 05: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (8700 Feet, 55 kms, 1.5hrs One-way)

Highlights:

After Breakfast, transfer to Gulmarg called as “Meadow of Flowers”. Gulmarg is 52 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred to as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18-hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. You can enjoy a Pony ride (Optional At your own cost). Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori (12,293 ft) first stage and Affarwat Peak (13,780 ft) second Stage on a Cable Car Ride (Optional At your own cost). By evening return to Srinagar.

Day 06: Srinagar – Pahalgam (Overnight - Hotel) (95 kms 2.30 Hours)

After Breakfast check out hotel and drive to the Pahalgam, Full Day excursion of Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds”. In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. after sightseeing check in hotel, and Overnight stay in Hotel Pahalgam. Optional sightseeing of Pahalgam by local union vehicle on direct payment basis. Visit Aru valley / Betab Valley / Chandanwari return back to hotel by noon for lunch in local restaurant in Pahalgam. After lunch one can do another local sightseeing by ponies on direct payment basis visit Bisirian Valley and Kashmir valley. return back to hotel by evening for overnight stay.

Day 07: Pahalgham – Srinagar

After breakfast and drive to Srinagar. Later visit to Mughal Gardens "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All) and Chesma Shahi (Royal Spring). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard. On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, Jewellery ornaments. In second half day Visit Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Srinagar.
